Fuji Xerox Printers launches The Ultimate Office

  

Sydney, Australia - 30 August, 2011 – Fuji Xerox Printers today announced the launch of the Ultimate Office, an initiative to assist its channel partners in selling to small, medium and large enterprises.

The announcement signifies Fuji Xerox Printers’ commitment to support its channel partners to successfully grow the SME market by providing them with products, solutions and services that address the business customer.

The Ultimate Office will help resellers introduce enterprise level technology and solutions to SME customers. These solutions will help small and medium businesses realise increased productivity and improve predictability of costs.

David Borg, general manager of Fuji Xerox Printers Australia and New Zealand explains: “The printing market is no longer about just selling printers, but about delivering complete office solutions tailored to customers’ specific business requirements, irrespective of their size.

“The Ultimate Office is about making it easy for our channel partners to fully understand and meet the requirements of their customers by delivering a complete offering of products, solutions and services.  These can range from enterprise class Multi Function Devices (MFD) and printers to technology and finance solutions.”

Borg continues: “Fuji Xerox Printers is a channel business with significant growth prospects.  Working with our channel partners, this year we have already experienced more than 30 per cent growth in units.

 “We are also investing in partner managed print services, including products and training programs, as part of our  regional strategy to equip the channel with go to market tools. 

“We are making a serious investment in the channel with the Ultimate Office by equipping our partners to grow their market share in the SME space. This ensures Fuji Xerox Printers will continue to grow with our channel partners.”

Fuji Xerox Printers has developed a number of new channel initiatives to support resellers throughout the sales cycle and reduce their time to market. These include Channel 1st Connect, an integrated sales and marketing campaign tool and SMART Centre, a partner sales and marketing resources website.

In addition, Fuji Xerox Printers is introducing Streamline, a managed print services (MPS) sales training and certification program to improve the efficiency of the sales cycle by creating faster and simpler working methods.

Today, at the Partner Forum in Miramare Gardens, Sydney, Fuji Xerox Printers introduced the Ultimate Office and held workshops with channel partners to train them in new products, business process techniques, financial modelling and solutions. These workshops were designed to equip channel partners with the means to address the needs of modern SMEs.  In addition, partners were given an overview of current promotional offers which include:

-          Ultimate Customer Experience, an end-customer program for resellers to market as a value-added service. For example, on certain models, Fuji Xerox Printers will offer free installation and training worth up to $520. 

-          As part of the Ultimate Sales Reward, Fuji Xerox Printers is offering bonus incentive products on new products, which enable partners to redeem a bonus iPad.
